The below ingredients will be delivered at your door for your quick dinner meal.
750g sweet & smokey bbq chicken kebabs
450g long grain white rice
2 x 227g tins pineapple slices in juice
360g Aussie style salad kit Pantry
1 tbs vegetable oil, for greasing
1. Preheat barbecue or griddle pan on medium-high heat and lightly grease with oil.
2. Cook kebabs for 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned all over.
3. Meanwhile, vent microwave rice and microwave on high for 2½ minutes. Cook pineapple slices on flat plate of barbecue for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until golden. 4. Toss salad kit together in a large bowl. Place salad and rice on plates and top with pineapple and kebabs.
