- To work independently and reporting to the Sales Manager.
- Experience in cold calling on end user accounts and new wholesale and retail customers.
- Experience in Food Safety products an advantage.

Head of Quality Control

As an integral part of the Quality team, you will be responsible for the quality of the production and packaging of this product. This role will see you managing

  • Rigorous quality checks on the production line and packaging

  • Running internal audits

  • Working closely with production staff to ensure industry specifications are met

  • Training operators on new industry standards and procedures as required

  • Working closely with production staff and your manager to ensure business objectives are met to the highest quality and standards

Section Manager

You will possess significant experience in establishing and maintaining positive, collaborative and service oriented relationships and significant experience in managing budgets.

Key activities of this role include:

  • Lead effective contract management including contract negotiation, administration, monitoring and supervision of external contractors.

  • Lead the provision of a customer focussed service by taking responsibility for delivering high quality services that result in a positive community impact;

  • Manage the development of Council's waste avoidance and resource recovery strategy and the implementation of various resulting initiatives.
